We will be emailing you confirmation of your reservation once we have finished scheduling, processing deposits and confirming we have the most up to date vaccine information. If you chose to switch activities or we need new or different credit card information, then we will follow up with a phone call.

*Please note confirmation can take up to 24 hrs during the week and up to 48 hours over the weekend, but rest assured your booking is safe and we’ve already set aside the room (s).

** If you have chosen an arrival or departure day when our office is not open, then we will schedule the next available day and confirm with you prior to charging a deposit.

*** We have a limited number of  suites allocated to “Basic Care”, if booking over a peak time and we have sold out, we will book the next available offering and confirm with you before charging the deposit.
