We have already set aside your pet(s) rooms. We know you have a lot of questions, and we would like to learn more about your pet(s) individual needs and desires.
The Next Step : We will phone (or if requested email) – we have a reservation specialist dedicated to handling your queries and bookings, but please be aware that we prioritize pet care and as such it can take up to 24 hours during the week and 48 hours over the weekend to achieve that phone confirmation. But don’t worry, we set aside your room already so your booking is safe. The purpose of the call will be to answer your questions and allow us to:
- Get to know your pet and your family’s needs and if applicable, schedule any extra services or care that is required or requested
- verify vaccines – you can go ahead and begin this process by either providing the documentation or getting your Vet to fax direct to (705) 726-6207 or email to info at our website.
- Gather credit card details to process the $50 deposit
